Cool Vibes Reggae Fest “Market Place”
Between 23 and 25 10′ x 10′ vendor spaces will be available for reservation.
The vendor price per space is $425.
Each vendor’s location to be determined by CVRF, with first come first right to reserve a location. Spaces will include one 120v 20A outlet per booth provided by CVRF. Please bring your own extension cords and power strips. Please do not bring generators. If you have a special reason that requires the use of a generator, please email CVRF directly – info@coolvibesfest.com
10′ x 10′ pop up tents are suggested to showcase your products and services.
Tents must be secured at all 4 corners using above ground weights.
No in ground staking will be permitted.
CVRF recommends bringing string lighting to illuminate your booth for the evening festival vibe.
WiFi for vendor use only will be provided, for online sales/transactions.
No music within vendor booths will be permitted.
Vendor parking provided near venue load in. See map with instructions.

LIABILITY RELEASE
All vendors agree to abide by all policies, procedures, guidelines, fees and operations relating to Levitt Pavilion Denver. Levitt Pavilion Denver is not responsible for any damages or loss.
Vendor hereby agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Cool Vibes Reggae Fest, Legacy Life LLC, and Levitt Pavilion Denver, and their respective officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents and representatives, from all claims, suits, actions, damages, and liability (including without limitation reasonable attorney’s fees, costs and expenses of defense) for personal injury, death or property damage that arises out of or is caused, in whole or in part, by vendor negligence or wrongful misconduct conducted on the premises of the Event and its responsibilities herein. The foregoing indemnity shall apply regardless of whether the injury, death or property damage is contributed to by the active or passive negligence of vendor, but it will not apply to the extent that the injury, death or property damage is (i) caused solely by the negligence of Cool Vibes Reggae Fest, Legacy Life LLC, or Levitt Pavilion Denver or its agents, volunteers or employees or (ii) is caused or contributed to by the intentional tortuous acts or gross negligence of Cool Vibes Reggae Fest, Legacy Life LLC, or Levitt Pavilion Denver or its agents, volunteers or employees. Cool Vibes Reggae Fest, Legacy Life LLC, and Levitt Pavilion Denver are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Vendor represents that all information provided on the application for Vendor space is true and correct. Vendor also represents that they have read and understand all the policies and procedures outlined herein and in the Cool Vibes Reggae Fest application and fee.
Vendors agree that the Cool Vibes Reggae Fest, Legacy Life LLC, or Levitt Pavilion Denver may revoke immediately, all the rights of the vendor, his/her agents, volunteers, or employees and your exhibition space for any policy violations, rules, or procedures, or for sales of any item(s) not previously approved.
LIABILITY INSURANCE
All vendors are required to submit a Certificate of Insurance naming Levitt Pavilion Denver as Certificate Holder and as additional insured showing liability coverage for $1,000,000.00 incidental and $2,000,000.00 general aggregate. This insurance policy must list the following information in the “Additional Insured” box: Cool Vibes Reggae Fest, Legacy Life LLC, Friends of Levitt Pavilion Denver, and their officers, members, volunteers, staff and agents and the owners of any Levitt Pavilion Denver related property as additional insured’s.
A single day policy is available from ACT Insurance if you need assistance obtaining coverage.
